Student Connections

A student-focused program dedicated to providing students with opportunities to engage with the diverse North Coast regional community through various voluntary activities is provided by ORE.

Programs give International and domestic students the opportunity to actively and creatively make a difference and give something back to their host community. Participation in these programs facilitates cultural and social exchanges, not only between International and domestic students but also with the partner community.

The programs offer the choice between project driven and curricula linked work or a more hands-on, labour intensive volunteer experience that will range across diverse regional locations and situations. They allow students to get out into the community to meet and work with local people and organizations on useful community projects.

Our volunteer programs have made it possible for our students to work directly with the regional community. Check out some student case studies.
